Momma's memory

It's been a while, has it not? Not much has happened that moved me to write an entry or perhaps I wasn't near a computer with the Internet.
Right now I'm looking for information for my mom. She is pushing 50 now and forgetting many things. So I'm looking for something to help improve her memory.
I'm looking for exercises mainly, she's already got a calendar, a hook for her keys (but she'll still misplace them if she's out of her room), post-it notes, and other sorts.
We'll see what I find.
